    I approached Zia with ahopeful deal totrade inmy side byside. After working with Lexi for the better part ofthe day weweren’t able tomake adeal. However, the experience with her was great asshe tried multiple ways toget the deal within what Ineeded, followed upwith multiple phone calls and was super professional. More importantly, she was anabsolute pleasure towork with. Greatjob.

                Recently visited Zia Power Sports inRoswell. This was avery professional, knowledgeable friendly atmosphere. Myfamily walkedin, and purchased a2021rzr with noproblems. Best business towork with. The sales people inall departments (Lexi, Raquel, Trey) were soefficient, knowledgeable and really new how toexplain everything tomake the purchase and use ofthe rzr simple tounderstand.                           Great machines but customer service needs work. Called about aSxS inClovis that Iwas approvedfor. Asked them toship itto Roswell for myconvenience and Iwas told they couldn’t dothat. They didn’t call mefor the next four days, Ifinally reached out and adifferent salesperson said they were gonna ship itto Roswell. Overall alot ofconfusion and poor communication. Instore customer service needs worktoo. Paying $$$ for machines you would think the customer service would bebetter

                              Tried getting information ona machine never got acall back sent myinformation toboth Roswell and Clovis dealership and neither were ofany help. Icalled tofollow upand was told, “not trying torun you off but wedo have alot ofapplications infront ofyou”. It's been over 2weeks now and still haven't gotten not even acourtesy call. Definitely need improvement with communication and customer service.

                                I bought my2021Defender from this store. The sales team was great, wewere inandout. With about 8hours onthe machine wehit ahole and broke the front end (My Fault). Amy and the team did everything they could toget usback out having fun asquickly aspossible. Ihave nothing but good things tosay about this team!!! They are knowledgeable and willing tohelp out injust about any circumstance.

                                  Very bad places toget anything done
                                  The workers there isvery rude and nohelp.
                                  They don't have experience infixing anything there. Soif Iwas anyone gosomewhere else for better and good business..
                                  Someone that will take pride inthe work and bemore respectful tothere customer.
                                  Just abad places....
                                  They dohalf fast jobs....and just not agood place.
                                  Never again......

                                    In all itwas anice visit however when you have asign posted that states Masks are tobe worn asit isa state mandate Ifeel all should have been using amask while acustomer ispresent. Irealize they are not comfortable asI work ina business that wemust wear the mask while onduty. After Ileft your business and went further into town Inoticed many were not using amask…

                                        Took itin for shutting off when inuse onthe ranch and after anincident itkept breaking wheel studs. Just got itback with anoil change that itjust had before taking inand anewrim, but couldn't fix the original shutting off] problem, nor fix the wheel stud problem for taking itin nor air upa low tire orcourtesy spray itoff for a$1200bill. Can't even make myself give them a1star but could post with out1.
