Victoria Beckham appeared to send a subtle message to her daughter-in-law Nicola Peltz amid swirling rumours of a family rift. The ex-Spice Girl was the epitome of chic, donning a bespoke corset she had designed for Nicola.
Turning heads at her own birthday bash this week, Victoria wowed in a daring white corset paired with sharp, tailored trousers. This eye-catching garment was initially crafted by Victoria for American actress Nicola Peltz, 30, who is wed to her firstborn, Brooklyn.
Nicola was seen wearing the corset at the debut of her movie Lola last year, and in April 2024, she posted a nostalgic snap with Victoria, captioning it "Happy Birthday to my beautiful MIL."
Yet, this week, as Victoria celebrated turning 51, there was a noticeable absence of birthday recognition from Brooklyn, 26, and Nicola, fuelling whispers of a brewing feud in the Beckham clan.
While Romeo, 22, and Harper, 13, were present at a family event, Brooklyn was busy sharing snaps with Nicola at Coachella, further stoking the speculation of a divide, reports the Mirror.

Despite a flood of celebratory messages on social media, including from her spouse David Beckham, 50, the notable silence from Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz Beckham did not go unnoticed.
Victoria Beckham treated her Instagram followers to a glimpse of her opulent celebrations, sharing images of herself and David striking poses for the camera. The fashion designer and mother of four later uploaded a photo showing her climbing a ladder off the yacht where they celebrated, clad in an all-white ensemble.
"It wasn't all glamour last night," she humorously captioned the picture, making sure to tag her husband David. Earlier on, the ex-Spice Girl hinted at the absence of her sons Brooklyn and Cruz Beckham, 20, from her birthday festivities, as they were notably missing from the photos she posted.
The reason behind their no-show has not been disclosed. She did, however, confirm that she was accompanied by David and their other children, Romeo Beckham, 22, and Harper Beckham, 13, as well as some friends.
While Cruz was also absent from the event, Brooklyn was particularly pointed out for being the only one who failed to post a birthday tribute to his mum on social media.
Eagle-eyed fans first picked up on the perceived slight on his latest Instagram post, which commemorated his third wedding anniversary with Nicola Peltz on April 9. Rather than celebrating Victoria's 51st birthday on Thursday, Nicola instead shared a promotional image of Brooklyn undergoing cupping therapy.

Not long after Victoria Beckham posted some touching birthday pictures, Brooklyn Beckham was quick to share his own Coachella memories from California on Instagram. Reveling in the festival vibes with his wife Nicola, he captioned the post: "Made amazing memories this year x [heart emoji]."
Sharp-eyed followers promptly noted that Brooklyn and Nicola were conspicuously absent from David Beckham's early birthday celebration in Miami on March 30. Adding fuel to the fire of speculation, the couple was also missing from fashion mogul Victoria's recent Paris Fashion Week Show, setting tongues wagging about their family dynamics.
